Local French ingredients
It’s a bold approach, at the very heart of our identity. We want every product to be the centerpiece of our menu. To achieve this, we only select the very best that each supplier has to offer.
We’re committed to the transition towards more sustainable dining. We therefore use French beef, organic French fries, organic bread for our sandwiches, and much more.
This commitment to quality and continuous improvement is demonstrated by our ISO 20121:2024 certification, the benchmark for sustainable event catering.
